Several months ago, I came across a gentleman trying to launch his voiceover career. He’d been taking classes, slowly building out his booth, And he was far enough along in his voiceover journey to have a demo produced. When I met him, he'd had his demo for months. In fact, he’d been actively auditioning for months and not one bite. His voiceover career was stalled and he wasn’t quite sure why. He was discouraged, but he knew there was a piece of the voiceover puzzle he had yet to identify.
I’ll let him tell a piece of the story:
“I had my technique down, however, I felt there was a side of my business that was missing direction. I found myself floating with no course or path to take.

And what a great coaching session it was! We really dived in deep to his business and the goals he’d set for himself. We came up with some great tactics to take his business to the next level.
Several weeks later, I got the most uplifting email from him. The subject line started with “HOLY SMOKES!” A giant smile crossed my face and I couldn’t wait to read the good news. He’d landed his first job - and a really great opportunity at that!
